Server Management / Managed Services (install scripts, configure services, etc.)

We will manage all the technical and security aspects of your server for a flat rate of $69 a month. This fee will cover updating your security patches and any other changes that you may require that take up to a total of 1.5 hours per month. When enrolled in this program, you will also receive a discounted rate for more significant work such as installing or configuring software applications or debugging scripts. We bill in 15 minute intervals at the rate of $115/hr during regular business hours and $180/hr otherwise. The rates for this service for customers who are not enrolled in our maintenance program are $129/hr during regular business hours and $200/hr otherwise.

With all hosting packages you receive space on our fully redundant, high-speed network. Both our UNIX and Windows Server 2003 servers come with your own administrative control panel for setting up ftp and e-mail accounts.
